Prometa Treatment Program for Cocaine Dependence
The Prometa Treatment Program consists of 4 steps: Step 1 A comprehensive medical exam, including urine and blood tests. Step 2 Administration of both oral (by mouth) and intravenous (through a vein) medications and nutritional supplements over 3 consecutive days. Step 3
A second physician-supervised treatment of 2 visits on consecutive days, about 3 weeks after the initial treatment. Step 4
